Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship across India via partnered couriers. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation from our payment gateway/bank.
- Standard dispatch time for all orders (components and systems) is 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom pre-built systems are supplied on a pre-order basis. Product listings may display "in stock" at checkout for ordering convenience, however dispatch follows the pre-order lead time stated above.
- If any part is unavailable or delayed in procurement, additional time may be required. In such cases, we will notify you promptly with the updated estimate.
Delivery Timelines

Delays can occur due to weather, operational restrictions, festivals, or courier issues. Courier transit times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
- Calculated at checkout based on destination pincode and volumetric weight.
- Large/high-value shipments may include additional handling/insurance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Order Splitting
Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels with individual tracking numbers.
Order Updates & Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email (and WhatsApp, if provided) once your order is dispatched. Tracking events can take a few hours to appear after label creation.
Address Changes & Failed Delivery
- Address changes are possible before dispatch via orders@hakeemi.in.
- After dispatch, changes are subject to courier policies.
- If delivery fails and the parcel returns to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
Packaging & Quality Checks
- Components ship in manufacturer packaging; serials are recorded.
- Custom PCs are foam-packed; internals are secured for transit.
- Photo QC and thermal testing are performed prior to dispatch for systems.
On Delivery: Damage, Tampering, or Shortage
- If the outer box appears tampered/damaged, request the courier to note it and photograph/video the condition.
- For concealed damage or missing items, email support@hakeemi.in within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and (if available) an unboxing video.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) — Replacement Only
- If a product is non-functional out of the box, notify support@hakeemi.in within 3 days of delivery with diagnostics/photos/video.
- Return the item safely packed (initial return shipping at customer's cost).
- After inspection/verification (and, if required, vendor RMA check), we will ship a replacement of the same model.
- Refunds are not offered for DOA cases. Physical damage, burnt pins, or mishandling are not covered.
Manufacturer Warranty & RMA
All products carry manufacturer warranty as per brand terms. After the DOA window, service/RMA is handled by the brand's network; we'll guide you on the process. Keep your invoice and packaging.
Local Pickup (Mumbai)
Pickup by appointment (Mon–Sat). Bring a government ID and your order confirmation. For systems, allow time for on-site power-on checks.
